Lapslock if used to play with form is totally awesome, but I have never seen this in kfic. It's almost always "stylistic" lapslock, i.e. the entire fic is written without caps just because the author seems to be under the delusion that looks cooler.
da and i've written fic 2nd person and lapslock (and both) before, and i don't think any of those stylistic choices are necessarily bad? i'm reading through the fic now and ia with the anon that replied below you; the imagery becomes almost purple at times and that obfuscates a lot of the meaning. if the author had cleaned it up and tightened/streamlined the metaphors it would've read a lot easier. and the idea is nice but i feel like something closer to minimalism would've suited the content of the story much more.
