if you're hungry and eating fruit at night will stop u from eating calorie laden snacks, go for it

if you're looking to clean up your eating overall, focus on having lean protein in every meal and cut down on carbs overall and make sure the carbs you are eating are complex ones. cut down on fat but don't cut out fat. look for foods that maximize satiety. oatmeal combobs for breakfast is a good. low fat cottage cheese is a good. legumes and beans are bitchin. if you are a flavormancer aka a good cook it's way easier to eat healthily with spices and flavors rather than bland frozen food and salads.
