ida, they're all overrated except for maybe dbsk and shinee. suju, snsd, fx and exo all have terrible songs and aren't as talented as other kpop acts but they're loved because they're from the same company as h.o.t. and shinhwa

idk snsd might not have the superior talent or songs but they just have this chemistry together, that IT factor that's hard to explain idk

snsd are the most popular act in kpop so i definitely do not think they're overrated. and i mentioned the other two above

honestly anon there's just no way sm groups would continue to be as successful as they are if this were the the only thing they had to back them up. there's way more to popularity in kpop than having singing talent and catchy songs (although obviously those things play a big part), and sm knows that better than anyone.

i try not to bring this up every time but do you have any idea what snsd went through to get to where they are right now :(
