omg i'm chinese too anon o/ i can't stand chinese medicine sobs i took it for like 2 weeks to help with my acne and it did wonders but i almost cried from how bitter it was :( :( it's such an awful toss up between crying from cramps or crying from the bitterness of the medicine but medicine is expensive so i just... cry from the pain instead lol
