+1 i hate this. i feel like it's actually worse than comparing yourself to someone else. idk how i went downhill so quickly and how to fix it

all the time. i took a creative writing course and omg these two people ;; i was in awe. but then there were others who were way worse than me and it made me happy. i also read badfic to remind myself that i may not be the best but i could be a lot worse

yeah def... when i read badfic i get frustrated over how bad it is and when i read goodfic i get jealous and nitpicky and trying to find faults lol. i prefer to read okayfic tbh
