well i'm primarily on lj and i'm not very familiar with ao3 so maybe that's why i'm hesitant but i think it would be best to keep it all in one place, having stuff here and there sounds confusing and tbh couldn't it lessen the activity on lj since it'd pm be split it in two? ik lj is down way more than it should but it's still not too bad imo, i just come back later. if someone posts a fill to ao3, would you post a link on lj then? idk i don't wanna shoot down your idea but this sounds messy. then again you're the boss so it's your call.

ahh i had a feeling i confused you sorry but yes it is a predictable storyline i probably have read a few fics that went along the lines of that somewhere down the road
I'm still dubious about exo fics. Their group image and persona all seems so contrived; I'm not convinced that there is a strong enough "canon" yet.
