these were the two (well, three) that immediately came to mind. idk what it is about them that stood out to me? for the first two, the shortness of the sentences makes it stand out, like the second shit in its own paragraph break to draw attention to it.
the last one idk, i still catch myself thinking about the "bridges and demons and all the things you can't outrun." if you're not familiar with the fic, it was at the end of a scene where they were on a zig zag bridge which is designed bc demons can only go straight so hence the outrunning part. and it's a very literal metaphor- chanyeol's crush is the demon in this sense. but idk it worked for me.
i was surprised that the first things that came to mind were more introspective thoughts, then i remembered that the first fic quote that comes to mind for me period is In the whole scheme of things, toeprints are pretty insignificant (from: http://thirdonebetween.livejournal.com/6138.html) so i guess thinky thoughts appeal to me more? who knows.

it might be because a lot of the nugu fic comm...aren't really populated with people posting fic ;_; i'd link over at kpsm2 dw too because there might be a few stragglers that wouldn't mind writing a 500 word nugu fic there too :) i suppose the only good way is to pimp the exchange on twitter
