i know i'm staying well out of iss and iss discussion until all the fic has been put up. it's too early to make any judgments imo.

but the anons are negative about the fic that has already been posted.... i just feel kind of sad for the writers of those fics? :/ like they all clearly wrote way over the word min, so they enjoyed what they were writing, and yet the reaction is like "ugh only 3 were actually readable" and i'm just like ???

well of course, but negativity is the biggest caveat of visiting an anon meme after all. nothing we can do to change it. undoubtedly there are a non-negligible demographic of silent readers who enjoyed each fic.

i guess so :( i guess i just put too much stock into the infinite ficdom, i hope the recipients enjoy their fics at least
