yeah i'm starting to see that. i've done the whole "okay try to not be as offensive as possible" and it just doesn't work. i mean, look at all the threads above. some pretty decent discussion was started and a bunch of pocs still got fucking pissed.

because she's a white person trying to tell us about asian culture because she lived there for a few months.

when an asian person can tell you this and in fact, asian anons have made this point before.

because she makes it sound like some kind of discovery?

because she could just have easily linked us to her black friend's blog instead of telling us how she is when she obviously has privilege?

op here and i don't feel they actually got mad. i presented what i wanted to share the wrong way and if they came off angry it's because what how i went about it was pretty damn offensive.
