i know we've talked about wearing tampons to bed before, but i'm in the middle of nowhere with no other options and i'm bleeding like a stuck pig so i can't just rely on toilet paper. how can i minimize my risk of tss but still wear a tampon to bed?

set an alarm for six and a half hours and change it then. this is what i used to do. it's really nbd.

you could always make an impromptu pad of tp which is highly recommended against unless desperate and since you're bleeding so much it probably wouldn't help :\

honestly if i were you i'd make a late night run to the big box store and get a box of tampons

i've done it in desperation but overnight if you're bleeding that much, it is not going to help and then you'll have crime scene sheets in the morning.
