i know what you're trying to say, but i think a smaller company would have tried to promote them more than sm does so possibly not?

da but lmao this sfm, sm is doing a gj with M (or M's popularity is taking them a long way) but did K get shuffled to the dungeons or smth

i think if they actually debuted with 12 members in a small company, they'd have stabler fanbase in korea

ia at least smaller companies don't have (at least) 5 other groups to worry about

for some reason idt sm wants to let go of that sm entertainment brand so instead of making smaller subsidiary companies like cube does so they can manage groups better, they try to make the same marketing team handle all of their artists at once :|

lol anon your comment makes so much sense. sm needs to work on that part, or else we're going to have one comeback a year for all groups like we do for f(x), when back in 2009 the company could still manage 2 comebacks in one year for their active groups (and even 3 promo periods in 2010 for snsd)

nayrt but even if they were better promoted, there's an overload of groups right now and they're all virtually the same. small companies tend not to do so well anyway, even if their groups were actually talented.

+1, lbr sm is a powerhouse with a rep so even if exo isn't being promoted, they still manage to stay relevant
