omg i totally forgot that infinite had a band perf during their concerts and they might actually perform in the bg for sunggyu. ffffuuu if that happens it'd be like a little infinite comeback omg my heart. but idt they could have used him in the mv because look how much backlash it generated already, with myungsoo being the lead actor. if the other members played the instruments other fans might see it as woollim using sunggyu to push the other members of something idk. and they used the members as part of the band in epik high's mv already haha

i know!! wait are you saying you don't think they could've used 'him in the mv,' your 'him' refers to both dongwoo and sungyeol, right? ah i didn't know there was backlash about myungsoo being the lead actor! i thought it was just... wishful feelings from the fans lol well idk wouldn't it make sense u_u it's not like sunggyu is very famous on his own anyway so it's not like he'd be doing a lot of... 'pushing for infinite' idk what an odd thing to get riled up about?? do people get mad when gd does a solo and has bb members feature or when tablo had epik high members feature in his solo?? i didn't know that was a thing! was there backlash for infinite appearing in run??

oops yeah by 'him' i meant the other members. a lot of people on tumblr were talking about it and it wasn't ANGST RAGE ANGST, more of a 'but urgh why'. idk if the other members were featured in the mv, the sunggyu fans might think it's taking away from sunggyu's moment? that's what the negativity against myungsoo in the mv felt like

i don't think people knew infinite were in run other than myungsoo being the lead actor. but i know a lot of people were happy dongwoo wasn't overfeatured in baby soul and jiah's mv because they felt that too much dongwoo (and by default infinite) involvement, it would detract from the girls themselves

oh that's so weird :( i didn't know that fans reacted like that... i thought they'd be happy to see some infinite collab work after they've been on concert tours for so long? idk at first i wished sunggyu was acting but on second thought i'm glad myungsoo was the feature lol u_u

hmmm i don't follow babysoul and jiah, but was the mv their debut? maybe fans are okay with established artists doing features but not for debut title tracks?? ah idk it's a pretty fine line haha
