i watched a live of boyfriend performing janus for the first time and wow, i was pretty impressed *A* and the twins look significantly less creepy live than they do in the mv too, plus i'm still all starry-eyed from their styling

i might actually start stanning them a little /)__(\ or at least learn all of their names and faces lol

i love their concept, the title of the song/song itself and the choreo, especially that one part where they're in a line and they're sort of 'battling' their cloaked dancers

ugh yes, same here. i was really blown away by the choreo, they didn't show a lot of the most impressive parts in the mv, imo?

and for some reason, even though it is probably the least interesting part of the chore, i'm always taken aback by the opening when they walk out from behind their backup dancers bc they always seem so confident and cocky but in a good way *__*

da but i love that part too *_* and the flying ballerina part lmao. and the other ballerina move where they all leap backwards behind the backup dancers keke. i really want to kno who who choreographed it

it really sets up the feel of the song so well ;; and yeah, the leaps are so intense and elegant *__* and the thing is with a move like that, it could look so corny/silly but they manage pull it off

da and i like that it's different but i do think it's ridiculous lol it really looks like they're flouncing off to the side of the side

but the part where the backup dancers form the platform for one of the singers (it's hyun something but i always forgot sob) and he stands on him and belts out his long note. it's so theatrical and ott and amazing

all i know is he's the blue-haired one. and i wish they'd managed to work that into the mv better :( i mean, pretty much my opinion of the mv at this point is that i liked it but the less time that they'd spent zooming in on the twins' faces and the more time they put on the choreo, the better it would've been lol

it's kinda given that they'd focus on the twins though - it was what made boyfriend different from the other idol groups but they're so awkward idt it did them much good lol...

slightly ot but this is why i like the smaller groups from the less known companies. idk if it's just my opinion but they always look like they have to work so much harder, whether with their live singing or their energy levels or their dancing because nothing is guaranteed for them

yeah, i was so pleasantly surprised at how into it they were, especially considering how difficult the choreo looks. ia with the above anon too, i think that with groups from smaller companies they probably feel like they can't really afford to not give it their 100% all the time, which is kind of sad on one level, but i also really admire that too.
