yeah i don't think not responding is snooty unless you directly @'d them or something, i meant if they blatantly acted like ~too good for you. but i see anons saying stuff like "they're a bitch/you're 1000x better without them anyway" and i get that's to be comforting but also... the other person really isn't obligated to be your friend just because you want them to be!!!

yeah that's exactly how i feel. or if they said they welcomed all new friends and THEN rejected that person? half the time, i feel that anons don't know the person any way and are just saying things, plus they don't know the reason the original person chose not to accept the follow.

it's such a bullshit concept that just because someone wants to be friends that you have to be /annoyed
