anons i just went and bought a bra in a bigger cup size just for the hell of it and turns out it actually fits better. comfier, looks more "right", etc. and i thought omg how long was i wearing the wrong size i'm so stupid u__u please make sure you are wearing the right bra size anons

i used to be a solid 34 C but i lost weight and now it kinda seems like there's extra room in there. but it's not rly enough to make me buy new bras sooo

oh anon, i just jumped from a f cup to h cup after losing weight. but I went down in band size which means the cup size has the increase but still.

i actually lost weight, lol. but yeah i was just surprised because my older sister and mom are very flat-chested and now my boobs are bigger than both of theirs.

I'd say you didn't lose any in your boobs and your band size went down, which would make your cup size bigger. Sigh the mysteries of the breast

idk where you live but american sizing is way off. European brands and sizes will give you a better fit.

I'm not either but mine lasted two years. and they cost the same as Victoria secret bras. If you buy online (free return shipping) its usually a lot cheaper. and you can try on a lot in the privacy of your home. and then return everything you don't want.

although tbh i didn't have much to try since i refused to believe i was AA and i tried my sister's B cups and 32B was clearly too big so. yeah.

demi-cup/demi-bras are "half cups", so there's a big dip in the middle of the bra and the cup doesn't go up as high

and if you want to know the best size, get fitted! it might feel kinda awkward but the ppl who do bra fittings at nordstroms or vs have done it thousands of times and they're always ladies, so. or you could just try on a lot of things at the mall, see how they look both with and without clothes on? pay attention to things like how tight the band is, where the band lays on your back, if you have gaps in the cups or if your boobs are "spilling out" anywhere

google it, no really many good bra sellers tell you how right on their website
