i got diagnosed as having an eating disorder not otherwise specified and i'm pretty sure it's because i got into kpop about three years ago and started paying attention more to my weight and got really unrealistic about it and now i feel like shit.

i like kpop and i like stanning groups i like and all but this makes me feel like crap.
