GOD YES, exactly!! I loved that song already but that live of it, it will forever kill me because you can hear the emotion in their voices as they sing and I will forever love a singer who can project the emotion of the song into how they sing it. and the overlapping voices is exactly the part that gets me, it's so achingly beautiful and I don't think any group will ever come close to the wonderful that is love in the ice ;;

lives are always the best! and idk i feel that when they were putting dbsk together, it was still about voices, not faces, so dbsk fans got/have the chance to love them because of their singing and not because they're pretty or smth :( my favourite part is where yoochun keeps that high note and everyone else is singing and they're all so into it and asdfghj ;; all their voices are so beautiful but when you hear them all mixed together, it's the best thing ever, and tbh there will never be someone like them again ;u;
ngl I'm so happy that they started low in Japan. All the beautiful ballads that I love are mostly their japanese ones.

yes!! of course there was still a thing for having a good looking face, I think, but with dbsk there was definitely a big focus on the vocals because their voices all go so well together. I think it's one of the reasons why, even though I can enjoy some of homin's and jyj's music, it always sounds like their's something missing from both of them? they harmonised so beautifully and I don't think that will ever happen again with any other group :(
