it's so annoying when the mods of old fic comms disappear. i get that life moves on and that they're probably not even in the fandom anymore, especially as the comm is barely active. but it doesn't take a lot of time or effort to check in once in a while and approve ads and fix tagging issues. if that is too much work, they could at least try to find a replacement.

otoh i could just post an ad without permission since there are no mods around to get mad at me for it
