i def understand where you're coming from. when i was into anime fandom (el oh el), it was kind of jarring if you gave constructive criticism towards someone if they haven't asked for it? it's like, it's a hobby for so many people and they didn't take it seriously, so if you left a constructive comment, even if it was legit, it'd kind of be like "thnx but i'm doing it for fun." which is, i guess fair enough. but i feel like in k-pop fandom, the idea of receiving/giving concrit is a lot more open and people are definitely a lot more receptive towards it?

personally though, i feel kinda uncomfortable giving constructive criticism too, even tho i don't mind receiving it. lol. i think a lot of people though, would prefer being given constructive criticism to their face, rather than have their fic discussed on an anonmeme.
