i don't think it was ever really a problem with sfn being a weekly thing? i know for me it made it easier to read fills bc they got posted every week.
my experience in the past is that regardless of how long a post is open or how often new posts go up if there isnt constant advertising or linking by people it's just forgotten about.

in seoulfulness people definitely went back to fill old prompts. and that's the point of the delicious account (which i haven't set up yet, sry mod), so people can easily sort through old prompts. idt people are any more likely to look through earlier pages of one post then they are to look back at another one.
