When everything is spelled out I just feel like I'm reading stage directions for a porno or something tho I also hate porn that's stuffed with vague euphemisms... there has to be some middle ground between flowers and sparkly lights style porn vs digging for gold in someone's ass/vag written in loving detail kinda of porn
yeah humor is good (i'm thinking about the ambitiousgirls mod, she was really cute and fun) but don't be off-putting or make a "joke" that only you and your friends would appreciate
definitely agree with point 5. on one exchange I've had a mod email me when they didn't get my submission after so many days, because it got lost in the ether, and in another exhange mods didn't necessarily send confirmation emails upon receiving drafts and I completely freaked out that it happened again ;;
so.........i can thin of at least 4 people that didn't sign in, not including the mods who the rules apparently don't apply. does this mean we're all dropped? and how nice of them to say tat no one contacted them when a comment was left on day one and people tweeted at them.
just msg them anon! or say something at unnirs! you have to turn anon on since it's not the default. when i opened kprompts anons had to point out to me that i forgot to change it
i'm still really torn about dropping out. idk that i trust to mods to not go around shit talking everyone who does. they're already talking about the participants complaining and trying to paint us in a bad light
what a couple of grade a twats. if several people are upset with the way you run things, shouldn't that be a clue to ask yourself what you're doing wrong??
tbh i say as many people drop out as possible, but do like an anon suggested and still give your participant a fic.
i know that this has always and will always be a problem in kpop ficdom, but is it really that hard to comment on a fic if you've read and enjoyed it? jfc tempted to just posted to ao3 and link so at least i can get the hits as some kind of feedback. :/
