i didn't even take the time to read those comments, i just right-clicked out of the tab. how can people be this ignorant? i remember that my psych professor had to explain to her how in the wrong she was but she refused to listen and wore this cheap, ugly, floral-print shawl and called it her hijab.

i study in a really white rich area. literally, the muslims i know have this sort of connection. idk how to explain it but it's sort of like an extended family system where you know every single muslim person and everything about them, regardless of race or age or if you even like them

it's the same here in hk. we're all from totally different socio-economic backgrounds but you basically know everyone no matter what. if not you, then your parents or relatives or whatever.
