i'm not sure myungjong conflate being in love with dating? bc they've definitely both dated before. when myungsoo said he'd never been in love before on beatles code, you can see sungyeol scoff at him and hear him say "why does he keep up this kind of image?" and there was that time when he said he'd had many girlfriends before (but was referring to inspirits), and it wasn't obvious right away that he was joking and you can see sungjong turn to him really alarmed, and sungyeol lets out this huge "whaaaaa." none of them even crack a smile and hoya is like staring at myungsoo and donggyu are fidgeting until he says "it's 100k women" so they really didn't seem like they knew he was doing fanservice, except for woohyun who picked up on it p fast.

anyway, that's just what i feel though! i could be wrong. there have also been rumours that myungsoo has been in a long term relationship with a coordi (ik woohyun has dated a coordi too, this is a different rumour) so it's hard to sift through all the hearsay sometimes.
