oh no i keep doing it lol it wasn't just that once. food is good for you but i'm not eating healthy or consciously, just nonstop and mindlessly. yeah i've gained weight, maybe around 15 pounds in the last 2 weeks? i have been eating a LOT lately though.
if it's bothering you, cut down. just don't get yourself anxious over it. keep yourself otherwise engaged, stay out of the house more etc. i'm sure it'll be fine soon! i will root for you. :3
sigh ty anon ;___; i'll do my best to cut down. i've been trying to eat more gum instead bc at least that isn't just an assload of food but it's kind of a slow process
