i fell asleep at 4am last night and woke up at 5pm today lmao i've had a long long week. i'll probably try to go to sleep soon but i'm normally awake at 3am u_u i don't have a terribly healthy lifestyle lmao

omg anon until 5pm? just wondering anon, but have you tried taking melatonin? you can buy them over the counter at any drug store, and my doctor recommended taking them when i was having issues sleeping. it helped me reschedule my life, lol. and i'm sorry anon, i hope next week goes better for you ; ;

yeah i have melatonin! i used to take it for when i had insomnia, and was clocking maybe 1-3 hours of "sleep" a night. i'm just slept a lot yesterday bc i had ~4 hrs a night all last week and it was really draining on me lol u_u now i just sleep late because i have time management issues sigh

mostly work + school + family things, run of the mill obligations. i'm also kind of a night owl, but it isn't normally a problem bc i used to wake up late for my courses. work won't let me lol
