it seems perfectly normal? i'm around the same age and errant eating patterns and pretty common with me and my friends. not in a way that harm us, just that sometimes we eat a lot and sometimes we eat very little. it just depends?
well if you say it's healthy :( i just felt really gross when i realized my family had to physically block me from getting food and yet i had to sneak around just to stuff my face with whatever i could find in the fridge. i wish i could get back into the stage where i don't eat as much soon bc i'm starting to feel really gross about my body :(
i don't think it's unhealthy? on some days i just eat and eat and eat but food is good for you and i just can't seem to antagonize it. and that was just the one time, right? we all have our days, it's fine. and you shouldn't feel gross! you should take up some exercising or sports or something. have you gained weight or?
oh no i keep doing it lol it wasn't just that once. food is good for you but i'm not eating healthy or consciously, just nonstop and mindlessly. yeah i've gained weight, maybe around 15 pounds in the last 2 weeks? i have been eating a LOT lately though.
if it's bothering you, cut down. just don't get yourself anxious over it. keep yourself otherwise engaged, stay out of the house more etc. i'm sure it'll be fine soon! i will root for you. :3
sigh ty anon ;___; i'll do my best to cut down. i've been trying to eat more gum instead bc at least that isn't just an assload of food but it's kind of a slow process
