in terms of technical ability, donghae is actually better than siwon. if donghae is told to stand really really still and not move, then he's really good, whereas siwon's only good when he doesn't strain his voice
case in point: donghae's just like now (with ryeowook) compared to siwon's worthless
they are one of the weaker links but not for the impersonation thing, i think. they said that they'll practice impressions together and then end up having conversations in their fake voices lmao
i was looking for fic to read on my phone before bed and found someone who is clearly an anon on delicious. ty for bookmarking lots of meta and pairings i like, mystery anon!
MEME. YOU WERE SO CLOSE TO TALKING ABOUT SHIHAE, DO YOU KNOW THAT?
I KNOW COMPARING THEIR VOICES ISN'T QUITE THAT, BUT ALMOST. now just stop comparing their voices and start talking about what an adorable ship they are T_______________T
to the anon asking about the 35k l/key/sungjong last part, i read that and thought it was decent. imaginative, but the porn was out of place and the world seemed to revert to a real world foundation outside the fantasy elements? actually, this is the first time i've seen high fantasy in kpop fic. that might be a plus. some fantasy cliches are used, which isn't a huge deal for me because, that's fanfiction for you.
the characterisation was also so-so; i have major problems with the portrayal of several idols but the cast is just so large that probably doesn't matter. there are a few that seem fairly well written, however. while the cast is large, if archetypical maknae sungjong bothers you, you probably shouldn't bother. the plot revolves around him.
the crossover fandoms in order of significance/appearance: infinite, key, super junior, shinee, f(x).
it's very readable if you want to kill some time. no recurrent issues with spelling or grammar.
