not surprised :( it's been a long time fact that sk has the highest rate of student suicide in the world and bc drugs are seriously, madly, intensely frowned upon and christianity isn't big there and a lot of krns believe in being born into another life

i was watching a news report on it a while ago with my grandpa and it was talking about how sweden??, sk, and the us led in test scores but SK had the highest student suicide rate?

and nope, christianity isn't really over there. a lot of koreans still hold to buddhist and confucious teachings instead

according to a study i found in a psych journal, sk ranks below japan and neither of them are near the top

i think lithuania's been at the top for a while now, but i didn't mention that since anon specified student suicides

yeah this is about suicides 15-19 so maybe "student" suicides would be a different story but eastern european countries are all at the top
