it was a really strange experience idk if it was a trigger or just fear. i was just scrolling down a tumblr and there was a series of pictures of hospital equipment, bruises and dressings. i've experienced about a grand total of two to three unfortunate hospital-related events in my entire life but i never really try to think about them? but before i knew it i was feeling uncomfortable and breathing really shallowly so i x'ed out
